Do I need administrator permissions for the website dashboard?

Yes. The dashboard only shows servers where Raze is installed and your Discord account has administrator access.

Can players register themselves?

Yes. Server admins can enable self-register in the dashboard or Discord dashboard. If it is off, admins can add players manually.

How often does Raze refresh ranks?

Raze refreshes in the background on a timed cycle and shows refresh health, API errors, and permission status in the dashboard.

Why is a rank or account not updating?

Usually it is a Riot API issue, a wrong region/tag, or missing bot permissions. The Health tab helps narrow it down.
