Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Raze uses to provide Discord bot features, VALORANT rank
tracking, autoroles, server dashboards, and operational health checks.
Last updated: April 25, 2026
1. Data We Process
Raze may process Discord server IDs, channel IDs, user IDs, usernames or display
names, linked VALORANT account names and tags, region settings, rank data, role
configuration, dashboard settings, audit entries, and technical health data.
2. Why We Use Data
This data is used to link Discord members to VALORANT accounts, display stats, post
rank updates, sync autoroles, generate summaries, operate the dashboard, and diagnose
missing permissions or refresh issues.
3. Discord Login
The dashboard uses Discord OAuth to identify you and list servers where you have
administrator access. Raze uses this only to decide which server dashboards you may
access.
4. VALORANT and Third-Party APIs
Raze may request VALORANT rank and match information from external APIs based on the
account names, tags, and regions configured by server admins or users.
5. Cookies and Sessions
The dashboard uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. The cookie is used for
authentication and dashboard access control, not for advertising or cross-site
tracking.
6. Data Sharing
Raze does not sell personal data. Data may be sent to Discord, VALORANT-related APIs,
hosting infrastructure, and database services only where needed to provide the bot and
dashboard features.
7. Data Removal
Server admins can remove linked accounts, reset server configuration, or remove Raze
from a Discord server. You can also request help with data removal through the support
Discord.
8. Security
Raze uses access controls, session cookies, and server-side checks to protect
dashboard access. No online service can guarantee complete security, but the bot is
designed to store only data required for its features.
9. Contact
For privacy questions, dashboard access issues, or data removal requests, contact the
Raze support Discord.
